After you pre-register, you must submit your team roster

7 athlete maximum for respective varsity team; unlimited entry for all other races

INSTRUCTIONS

1. First, PRE-REGISTER your team by following the the instructions above.
 This allows the race director to be aware that your team plans on attending this years event. Following this, you still need to submit your roster names per the instructions below.

2.  REGISTER your team, by clicking on the SUBMIT Roster buttom above. In order to open the file, you must have Microsoft Excel. If you do not have this product, contact petevila@hotmail.com

2. You will be prompted to OPEN or SAVE the respective file. Click on SAVE. The window DOWNLOAD COMPLETE will appear. Click on OPEN.  The spreadsheet should appear.

3. Complete the spreadsheet(s) for boys and / or girls using the format seen below:

You do not need to separate your roster by varsity, junior varsity, junior high. All grades and respective teams (varsity, junior varsity, etc) will be kept together as one list. This will allow you to change an athlete from junior varsity to varsity and vice versa on race day. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU INCLUDE THE ATHLETE'S GENDER ON THE SPREADSHEET!

4. Once you have completely filled out the forms,
SAVE them on your computer.

5. Send the files, via an attachment to:

7. Upon successful receipt of your file(s), you will receive a confirmation email from the race director.  YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE WE BEGIN PROCESSING THE ROSTERS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.

8. If you have not received a confirmation email that your roster has been received PRIOR TO RACE DAY, we HAVE NOT received your email.  In this case, contact the race director immediately!
